Sick/COVID Policies

  • If you are feeling under the weather, showing symptoms of COVID or any other contagious illness, I kindly ask that you please reschedule. 


  • If you have been exposed to someone with COVID 19 within 10 days of your appointment and have not gotten a test, please reschedule! Put your health and the health of those around you first(: 


  • If you show to your appointment sick, I will have to ask you to leave and reschedule.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies

Thank you for respecting my time

Cancellations made the same day of your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling the same day will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. 

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a payment of 50% upfront before you can reschedule.

No Show Policy

You are considered a no show if you cancel or reschedule within business hours the day of your appointment, or, of course, no call no show, and will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Policy

Please let me know in advance if you are running late so that I know you are coming and don't begin to worry about your safety or whereabouts.

 Please note! Your service time will not be extended by the amount of time you were late, and you will still be expected to pay the full service amount, so please be on time to get the most out of your service(: 

*If you arrive with less then 30min of your appt time left (full sets excluded) you will need to reschedule and pay the no show fee*

Refund Policy

There are no refunds!

I am more than happy to have you come back within 72 hours at no cost to fix waxes or lashes/recommend facial products. I would love nothing more than to make sure that you have the best experience with me and leave happy with your service. 

Lashes

  • If you don't like something about the appearance of your lashes there is a 72 hour grace period where you can come back and I can fix what it is you don't like at no cost(:


Waxing​

  • If I have missed hairs during your wax you're more than welcome to come back within 72 hours and have me do a touch up at no cost(:


Facials

  • While it is normal to experience few breakouts, mild skin sensitivity, and some redness after facials, I am more than happy to have you come back within 72 hours and give you peace of mind/knowledge/and product recommendations to help your skin continue to be healthy and glowing(:
